I have experience in complimenting areas that will contribute well to SB Pictures’ success: entrepreneurship, creative production, and a strategic mindset to put it all together.
My experience starts with working seven years in the US Army’s Military Intelligence Corp. Learning from a young age to manage people and direct teams to a successful outcome by keeping the mindset to think outside of the box in order to analyze, adjust, and overcome blockers in any situation was a blessing.
After transitioning out of the military and into my first civilian career as a professional martial artist teaching and competing in the US, Germany, and S. Korea, I learned about production in front of and behind the camera as an actor, stuntman, fight choreographer, writer, and production coordinator.
As we all know, age catches up to everyone and knowing that one day my physical abilities would wane, I started the transition into film and animation production in 2000. After about five years in production, I noticed that the vast majority of filmmakers only focused on creating their projects and not on how to sell or distribute their projects as someone would have to in any other industry.
This is where I next changed focus to marketing. Having been around marketing all my life with my father’s company, I launched my own company whereI quickly began refining all aspects of marketing from brand development through product distribution. I have worked as a business consultant, project manager, creative director, and business development manager for various companies.
Since media production is project management, in 2008 I attended Villanova University to attend the Project Management Master’s Course and have applied those skills in not only media production, but marketing, website development, and HIEs, thus increasing efficiency and acumen.
As we know, smart companies these days spend more focus on hiring the right personality for the right position. Skills can be taught, but personality cannot. According to the Strengths Finder 2.0 personality assessment, my top five core personality strengths are: Strategic, Achiever, Learner, Positivity, and Activator. On the Myers Briggs personality profile, I am an ENTJ. Interestingly, the majority of successful CEO’s are ENTJs, which is to say that I have what cannot be taught: the core personality for success.
To contribute to the success of SB Pictures, I believe my experience in creative production and entrepreneurship, along with an efficacious personality will assist the company to review projects, overcome obstacles, and work well with business partners to find the most direct and successful path.

I anticipate the role that would best suit my talents and be most beneficial to SB Pictures Corporation would include the following:
Script Evaluation: Read and review submitted and potential scripts for genre, audience, plot, character development, dialogue, overall execution, and potential viability in the market. A script evaluation would spell out the strengths and weaknesses of a script and include suggestions to improve on weaknesses or make it more feasible for production.
Script Doctor: Submitting rewrites or additional material on scripts for which the original writer is unavailable or deemed unable to execute. May even include submitting episodes for ongoing series projects.
Story/Creative Consultant: Working closely with an executive producer and head writer/showrunner on story development and involved in the writing process by proposing and editing story outlines and scripts.
Future Project Development: Helping SB Pictures Corporation to develop a vision that would identify specific types of projects they would like to pursue in the future and assisting in the development of such projects.
